SETUP A FUND
Working with GGHF advisors allows you to examine your options and make the choices that best fit your aspirations. Through a range of fund options, we help simplify the process of giving for individuals, families, corporations and nonprofits, maximizing tax benefits and increasing the power of every charitable gift.
Like funds held by all community foundations, those held by the Greater Gig Harbor Foundation are charged a minimal annual service fee. In exchange for this fee, fund holders receive a variety of benefits.
GGHF offers an administrative fee structure that is cost-effective and supports our best-in-class services to fund holders to assure the greatest philanthropic impact in the community. Fees help to cover costs associated with a range of services including fund management, investment oversight, annual tax filings, due diligence review of grantees, administration, and fund distribution.
GGHF provides quarterly reports of fund income, expenses and grantmaking for each fund. Fees are charged quarterly and are based on each Fund’s average market value using the average of 12 trailing quarters.
For any fund, you select your investment option – to achieve maximum return, minimal risk, or maximum social and environmental outcomes.
